Drive revenue by securing group and partner sales opportunities through inbound lead management and targeted outbound strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with associations, organizations, ticket sellers, and sales partners through consistent communication and industry engagement
Oversee contracting, onboarding, and servicing of partners across distribution platforms to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to develop presentations, reports, and promotional tools that support sales initiatives
Lead familiarization tours, partner training, and promotional activities to strengthen performance and brand visibility
Analyze sales results and market trends to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, contracts, and databases in CRM
Represent the company professionally at trade shows, conventions, and networking events
Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to secure bookings
Oversee contracts, partner setup, and account servicing across sales and ticketing platforms
Create and update sales materials, presentations, and reports
Maintain accurate CRM records for contracts, profiles, and communications
Monitor and review sales performance to track progress toward revenue goals
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
College degree preferred but not required
Minimum 5 years in-market (Las Vegas) group and leisure sales experience
Ticketing and box office experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in CRM, ticketing and distribution platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Possess analytical skills to review sales performance
