Full-stack Engineer

• Lead by example and deliver high-quality, maintainable code that supports Feefo’s platform and customers at scale
• Set the technical direction for your squad, helping the team make sound engineering decisions and continuously improve
• Coach and mentor engineers through regular 1:1s, technical reviews, and development plans, helping them grow in confidence and capability
• Work closely with Product to shape ideas into technically achievable and scalable solutions
• Partner with the Data team to ensure new features generate meaningful insights and measurable outcomes
• Take ownership of performance, scalability, reliability, and security throughout the design and development process
• Keep a close eye on delivery performance, looking for ways to reduce cycle times, improve deployment frequency, and maintain code quality
• Play a key part in our platform modernisation — contributing to architecture discussions, aligning with other Technical Leads, and helping define best practices
• Bring curiosity and innovation to the table, introducing new tools, frameworks, and ways of working that help the team move faster and build better
• Support recruitment by reviewing technical assessments, interviewing candidates, and helping grow a strong, diverse engineering team
