About the role

  • Conducting labor demand analysis and workforce forecasting to develop staffing plans.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of reward policies such as job roles, pay programs, incentives, and benefits.
  • Ensuring fair and transparent compensation practices in line with the EU Directive.
  • Collaborating with HRBPs to collect needs and provide data to guide decisions.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in workforce planning, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as Workday or similar platforms.
