About the role
- Conducting labor demand analysis and workforce forecasting to develop staffing plans.
- Supporting the design and implementation of reward policies such as job roles, pay programs, incentives, and benefits.
- Ensuring fair and transparent compensation practices in line with the EU Directive.
- Collaborating with HRBPs to collect needs and provide data to guide decisions.
- Generating and interpreting workforce data and insights to support HR and business decisions.
- Developing and managing the workforce and labour cost budget.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in workforce planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as Workday or similar platforms.
