About the role

  • Advise and support European organization and largest customers in invoicing, cash application, invoice disputes and collections
  • Project manage customer specific invoicing solutions
  • Manage bad debt risk and grow revenue
  • Support stakeholders and customers with complex setups and requirements
  • Lead key initiatives across Europe to optimize Customer Experience and Bad Debt
  • Play a leading role in our transformation strategy and integration of FedEx and TNT
