About the role
- Advise and support European organization and largest customers in invoicing, cash application, invoice disputes and collections
- Project manage customer specific invoicing solutions
- Manage bad debt risk and grow revenue
- Support stakeholders and customers with complex setups and requirements
- Lead key initiatives across Europe to optimize Customer Experience and Bad Debt
- Play a leading role in our transformation strategy and integration of FedEx and TNT
Requirements
