About the role
- Support actively and interact on frequent basis with our most strategic and key customers to provide them with white-glove service in relationship to their invoicing and billing.
- Perform RCA on Invoicing and Billing structural issues and implement corrective actions in order to avoid them.
- Review and validate financial related terms & conditions.
- Provide support to Key strategic customers onboarding to guarantee smooth financial start.
- Support Bad Debt reduction performance.
Requirements
- You are familiarized with analytics and you have a very good level using excel/databases.
- You are familiar with managing projects, identifying dependencies, owners and adhering to deadlines.
- You like to deep dive into technical aspects to identify root cause of incidences and think out of the box to provide solutions.
- You are customer oriented and strive to provide the best customer experience and connect with customers to understand their needs.
