About the role

  • Develop conceptual, logical and physical IT engineering designs
  • Complete analysis of business requirements
  • Assess testing requirements and prepares testing strategies
  • Perform resolution of complex hardware, environmental software operating systems
  • Oversees problem avoidance actions
  • Analyzes and revises existing system logic and documentation
  • Evaluate, recommend and select new software/hardware
  • Perform change and problem management using standard tools
  • Train System technical staff on use of software/hardware tools
  • Assist in the deployment of Microsoft Copilot and rollout of Viva
  • Build, deploy, and manage custom AI agents
  • Support administration, maintenance, monitoring, and backup of messaging and collaboration technologies
  • Investigate and implement new Office 365 capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety practices, and high-quality customer service

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Micro soft 365 services: Copilot Chat and experience with Copilot Studio
  • Copilot integration, governance, and best practices
  • Exchange Online and Exchange 2016 administration
  • Office 365 Groups, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive Tenant administration
  • Hybrid Exchange environments
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell
  • Strong understanding of AI agent design, topic creation, knowledge base management
  • Proficiency in Power Platform (PowerApps, Flow)
  • Additional experience: SPFx (SharePoint Framework)
  • Entra ID access management
  • Knowledge of Networking, authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM, Basic)
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, creativity, attention to detail, and oral and written communications skills
