• Designing and building the end-to-end signal-driven GTM system across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Salesloft, Qualified, and Profound
• Developing scalable workflows that connect data, enrichment, intent signals, and outbound execution into a unified GTM engine
• Translating intent, firmographic, and engagement signals into targeted GTM plays that drive pipeline creation and expansion
• Owning pipeline generation infrastructure, ensuring prospects, accounts, and expansion opportunities are effectively identified, scored, routed, and converted
• Running structured experiments across outbound and lifecycle motions, using insights to continuously optimise performance
• Establishing governance, documentation, and operating standards to ensure repeatability, scalability, and consistency across GTM systems
