GTM Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Designing and building the end-to-end signal-driven GTM system across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Salesloft, Qualified, and Profound
- Developing scalable workflows that connect data, enrichment, intent signals, and outbound execution into a unified GTM engine
- Translating intent, firmographic, and engagement signals into targeted GTM plays that drive pipeline creation and expansion
- Owning pipeline generation infrastructure, ensuring prospects, accounts, and expansion opportunities are effectively identified, scored, routed, and converted
- Running structured experiments across outbound and lifecycle motions, using insights to continuously optimise performance
- Establishing governance, documentation, and operating standards to ensure repeatability, scalability, and consistency across GTM systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in GTM systems roles such as Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or GTM Engineering, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes. ***Hands-on experience building in Clay is highly valued and may compensate for fewer years of experience.***
- Systems-thinking mindset and can design and connect complex workflows across multiple GTM platforms rather than managing tools in isolation
- Strong hands-on experience with core GTM technologies, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot, with exposure to tools such as Clay and Salesloft considered a strong advantage
- Proven ability to build and ship scalable systems that deliver measurable impact on pipeline, revenue, or conversion performance
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and have experience influencing cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and RevOps in a matrixed organisation
