About the role
- Supporting the execution of the Price Increase Programme to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to ROCO compliance standards.
- Reconciling volume data in the CRM and resolving any discrepancies promptly to maintain data accuracy.
- Liaising with Finance and Account Managers to address and resolve operational and billing‑related issues.
- Managing upsells, cancellations, renegotiations, and contract adjustments to ensure accurate billing and smooth operational workflows.
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of Nexus contracts while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
- Tracking renewal timelines and contributing to deal desk preparation to support consistent revenue continuity.
Requirements
- You must have experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial operations.
- You will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail.
- You should feel confident communicating with clients and internal stakeholders as required.
- You will bring strong organisational and communication skills that help you work effectively across teams.
- You must be comfortable working with data and ensuring accuracy across operational processes.
