About the role

  • Supporting the execution of the Price Increase Programme to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to ROCO compliance standards.
  • Reconciling volume data in the CRM and resolving any discrepancies promptly to maintain data accuracy.
  • Liaising with Finance and Account Managers to address and resolve operational and billing‑related issues.
  • Managing upsells, cancellations, renegotiations, and contract adjustments to ensure accurate billing and smooth operational workflows.
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of Nexus contracts while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
  • Tracking renewal timelines and contributing to deal desk preparation to support consistent revenue continuity.

Requirements

  • You must have experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial operations.
  • You will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • You should feel confident communicating with clients and internal stakeholders as required.
  • You will bring strong organisational and communication skills that help you work effectively across teams.
  • You must be comfortable working with data and ensuring accuracy across operational processes.
