About the role

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the PM team
  • Supporting and developing team members through 1:1s, performance reviews, and personalised development plans
  • Monitoring performance metrics such as utilisation, forecasting, and reporting
  • Reviewing in‑flight projects to ensure high standards of delivery quality
  • Collaborating closely with CSM, Managed Services, and other PM leads
  • Participating in pre‑sales activities by reviewing delivery plans and identifying risks

Requirements

  • Substantial Project Management experience
  • Prior experience in managing a team
  • Experience working with delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum
  • Experience from the finance/financial services industry, or data or SaaS industry
  • Strong leadership capability
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
