About the role
- Developing and executing comprehensive integration plans for multiple acquisitions simultaneously.
- Leading project execution, maintaining detailed project plans, and managing internal integration teams.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of integration activities.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and managing expectations effectively.
- Supporting risk identification and mitigation across legal, regulatory, financial, and operational areas.

Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of proven experience in project management, delivering multiple complex projects.
- You understand M&A processes, including due diligence and post-merger integration.
- You are proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- You have strong analytical skills and can make data-driven decisions.
- You excel in communication and stakeholder management, influencing at all levels.
