About the role
- Support and monitor startups using the CVB (Corporate Venture Builder) methodology;
- Lead startup selection processes, Investor Days, and Selection Committees;
- Identify pain points, challenges, and opportunities for startups and operational teams;
- Plan and execute initiatives to accelerate business growth and maturity;
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with portfolio startups;
- Actively contribute to the growth strategy of startups and the network;
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports and efficiency indicators;
- Run weekly sprints focused on deliverables, results, and continuous improvement;
- Keep information and metrics up to date in management platforms (e.g., Shareholders);
- Support internal process improvements and the adoption of tools with a focus on scalability;
- Collaborate to improve the customer and user experience of products and services;
- Build relationships with investors, funds, accelerators, and other stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem;
- Support the development of strategic and technology roadmaps for startups;
- Participate in defining and monitoring the strategic allocation of resources for each startup.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Technology, or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, or related areas (preferred);
- Proven experience in innovation, startups, venture builders, hubs, accelerators, or incubators;
- Experience monitoring metrics, defining strategies, and supporting business scaling;
- Analytical skills, systems thinking, and a strong results orientation;
- Good communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
