Manage and oversee all claim systems for the company.
Work closely with IT and business to ensure proper functionality, use, maintenance, prioritization and development of system related needs.
Implement upgrades and integrations to Guidewire ClaimCenter.
Oversee claim system access, control programs, and connections with regulatory entities.
Ensure workflows and data transfer accuracy.
Work with IT to ensure effective reports & data for user community.
Develop claim technology training.

Requirements

Minimum of six years of relevant commercial claims experience, including proven skills with Claim technology and systems.
At least three years of experience in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Claim Systems (ClaimCenter, ImageRight, Mitchell) including operating systems, report systems, document management and supporting systems used in the claim process.
Working knowledge of claims workflow, systems and procedures.
Solid knowledge of Insurance principles, rules and regulations.
Solid knowledge of training procedures and techniques.
Ability to translate needs of various user communities into written business requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgment and decision-making.
