About the role
- You are responsible for the stable operation and strategic development of our digital system landscape.
- You maintain and optimize our central platforms and systems (including Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365, learning platform) together with our service providers.
- You digitize and automate internal processes and introduce structured, cloud-based ways of working.
- You manage external IT service providers and act as the central liaison between business units, management and IT partners.
- You analyze requirements, select appropriate digital solutions and implement them independently.
- You ensure IT security, data protection and system stability.
- You are responsible for monitoring, reporting, support management and the documentation of central systems.
Requirements
- You have an IT degree, vocational training or several years of solid practical experience in the IT/digital domain.
- You possess very strong Microsoft 365 skills (SharePoint, Teams) and solid cloud expertise; you can technically evaluate Azure and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- You are proficient in complex system landscapes and think consistently in terms of interfaces and dependencies.
- You have a solid foundation in IT operations and IT security (permission/access concepts, hosting/server basics, data security).
- You think end-to-end, prioritize clearly and pragmatically bring technology, business units and management together.
