• You are responsible for the stable operation and strategic development of our digital system landscape.
• You support and optimize our core platforms and systems (e.g., Business Central, Microsoft 365, learning platform) together with our service providers.
• You digitalize and automate internal processes and introduce structured, cloud-based ways of working.
• You manage external IT service providers and act as the central interface between business units, management and IT partners.
• You analyze requirements, select suitable digital solutions and implement them independently.
• You ensure IT security, data protection and system stability.
• You are responsible for monitoring, reporting, support management and the documentation of central systems.
