• You design, document, standardize and continuously improve our HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruiting as well as onboarding–internal transfers–offboarding)
• You develop and maintain role profiles and responsibilities, embed them in the company and actively drive their transformation
• You participate in the selection of our HR management system (HRIS), establish it and help build it out
• You prepare and review employment-law documents and ensure deadlines and proper documentation
• You professionalize employee communications and make processes clear and usable
• You prepare employee and annual review processes
• You conceptually develop benefits and manage their operational implementation
• You coordinate payroll and payroll accounting and ensure clean interfaces, schedules and data flows

• You are responsible for the stable operation and strategic development of our digital system landscape.
• You support and optimize our central platforms and systems (e.g. Business Central, Microsoft 365, learning platform) together with our service providers.
• You digitalize and automate internal processes and introduce structured, cloud-based working methods.
• You manage external IT service providers and act as the central interface between business units, management, and IT partners.
• You analyze requirements, select suitable digital solutions and implement them independently.
• You ensure IT security, data protection, and system stability.
• You are responsible for monitoring, reporting, support management, and documentation of central systems.
