About the role
- Develop end-to-end Generative AI solutions, from technical design through production operation.
- Lead or support the creation of copilots, automations, and assistants for clients and internal teams, ensuring quality, safety, and scalability.
- Evolve the LLMOps platform with a focus on governance, traceability, observability, cost, and security.
- Work collaboratively with architecture, engineering, product, and operations teams to define and implement solutions with direct business impact.
- Define and disseminate CI/CD best practices applied to Generative AI, across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Investigate production failures and incidents, perform root cause analysis, and propose structural improvements.
- Promote technical best practices, conduct code reviews, standardize solutions, and share knowledge across teams.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to make technical decisions or exert strong influence as a technical reference within the team.
- Ability to translate business requirements into viable, sustainable technical solutions.
- Collaborative mindset with a sense of ownership and focus on continuous delivery.
- Experience working in agile environments with a product mindset and focus on incremental improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, and NLP techniques.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries/frameworks such as LangChain, Transformers, or equivalents.
- Advanced experience with RAG architectures, including techniques like re-ranking, dynamic chunking, and context-aware retrieval.
- Strong knowledge of Git and relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience in Data Science applied to unstructured data.
- Hands-on experience with LLMOps, including pipelines, versioning, monitoring, evaluation, and model cost control.
