About the role

  • Ensure the quality of releases, working in partnership with other quality engineers;
  • Develop and maintain automated tests for web applications and APIs;
  • Create and execute manual tests (exploratory, regression, and usability testing);
  • Validate performance and security using appropriate tools;
  • Execute API tests using tools like Postman and automated scripts;
  • Integrate and monitor CI/CD pipelines, ensuring delivery flow efficiency;
  • Manage bugs, perform root cause analysis, and propose improvements;
  • Collaborate with developers and analysts from the design phase to prevent defects;
  • Actively participate in communities and share software quality best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven, solid experience in test automation, preferably with frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Robot Framework;
  • Deep knowledge of manual testing (creating and executing test cases, exploratory, regression, and usability testing);
  • Experience with API testing, using tools like Postman and automated scripts;
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, etc., for test automation;
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps;
  • Test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, Quality Center, etc.);
  • SQL database skills for data validation and manipulation;
  • Knowledge of software performance and security — basic to advanced understanding;
  • Preference for candidates with RPA experience, especially with proven expertise, as the professional will be responsible for this rotation among teams;
