About the role

  • Manage medium and large-scale projects, predominantly with a fixed scope, from planning through final delivery
  • Ensure compliance with schedule, budget, scope and quality, mitigating risks and managing changes
  • Apply PMI (PMBOK) best practices in project planning, execution, monitoring and control
  • Work with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or hybrid models), adapting the framework to the project context
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (IT, business, vendors and partners)
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including executive presentations and status reporting
  • Define and track performance indicators (KPIs), schedules, communication plans and risks
  • Play a leading role in vendor and contract management, when applicable
  • Ensure adherence to processes, compliance and governance, especially in regulated environments

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager on large-scale projects
  • Strong experience with fixed-scope projects
  • Solid knowledge of PMI / PMBOK
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and hybrid models
  • Track record delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe or similar are a plus
  • Experience in highly regulated environments is a plus
