About the role

  • Develop and automate business processes and services on the ServiceNow platform;
  • Develop applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript / AngularJS and other languages;
  • Use Agile methodologies in day-to-day development;
  • Have knowledge of the ITSM and App Engine modules

Requirements

  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform, ITSM module (required)
  • Hands-on experience in projects implementing the ITSM module and system integrations
  • Certification: CSA (required)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Desirable:
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
  • Certification in the ITSM module (optional)
  • Experience with Service Portal and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
