About the role
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Development Managers
- Establish clear performance expectations, priorities, and operating rhythms
- Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews
- Coach ADMs on account strategy, partner activation, and opportunity prioritization
- Own the responsibility of the AD team performance metrics
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and accurate reporting within Salesforce and internal dashboards
- Partner with Data, Product, and Operations to refine reporting, attribution, and insights
- Act as the primary ADM liaison to Business Development leadership
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in account management, sales, or partnerships, ideally within the travel or travel insurance space
- 5+ years of people management or team leadership experience, ideally within the travel insurance industry
- Proven ability to scale and optimize existing accounts
- Strong operational, analytical, and organizational skills
- Comfort with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and coaching skills
