About the role
- Responsible for supporting Internal Consulting activities by developing, communicating and ensuring the execution of People & Management policies and processes across corporate areas and business units, influencing people management and decision-making to contribute to achieving organizational goals in a sustainable manner.
- Support the dissemination of People & Management policies and processes: advising and training leaders in corporate areas. Translate business needs into HR actions, acting in partnership with HR Centers of Expertise.
- Assist in executing performance evaluation and feedback processes: developing leaders to deliver clear, transparent assessments focused on employee development.
- Analyze people-related indicators: review metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, headcount, costs, engagement, working hours and diversity; perform diagnostics and propose data-driven improvements, supporting adjustments to the organizational structure.
- Monitor retention metrics and initiatives: track key indicators, conduct exit interviews and support actions to reduce turnover and termination costs, with a focus on leadership development.
- Support People & Management projects and processes: assist projects and maintain processes for the People & Management Directorate, manage termination, replacement and personnel movement requests, monitor probationary periods and serve as a focal point between headquarters leadership and the People & Management area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management or Marketing.
- Previous experience in Human Resources.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Previous experience with or knowledge of monitoring Individual Development Plans (PDI).
