About the role
- Drive Fastly’s transition from a traditional Sales-led model to a blended Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Product-Led Sales (PLS) strategy
- Optimize onboarding and conversion funnels to accelerate customer activation and improve self-service adoption
- Build product usage insights and frameworks that empower Sales with data to identify, prioritize, and expand customer accounts
- Partner with Design, Engineering, Web, and Data teams to create intuitive, user-centered product experiences that reduce friction across the customer journey
- Define and measure success metrics that demonstrate improvements in adoption, retention, and revenue growth
- Contribute to building a stronger product data practice, ensuring instrumentation and analytics are in place to guide decision-making
Requirements
- 4–8 years of product management experience, with a focus on growth, UX, or PLG/PLS roles
- Proven track record in SaaS, ideally with experience in cloud platforms, developer tools, or internet infrastructure
- Strong ability to partner with design teams and balance user experience with growth outcomes
- Experience using product analytics, funnel analysis, and experimentation frameworks to drive measurable impact
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions (Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, CX, Data)
- Availability during core business hours
- Willingness to travel as required by the role or manager
