About the role
- design and execute a 5-year strategic roadmap for the Global Account Management org
- own the global strategy for renewals and upsells
- lead the development of a programmatic approach to customer health
- bridge the gap between Sales, Product, and Support
- act as the executive sponsor for strategic global accounts
- recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing global team
Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership in Account Management or Customer Success
- deep understanding of Internet infrastructure (CDN, Security, Cloud, Edge computing)
- proven track record of scaling global teams and implementing tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight)
- expert-level experience in high-stakes contract negotiations
- organizational savvy in a matrixed environment
- BA/BS preferred; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred
