About the role

  • End-to-end accounting and finance operations, including full set of accounts
  • Month-end and year-end closing, audit and tax coordination
  • Treasury management and client relationship management
  • Supervision of junior staff and assisting in identifying added work scope and possible increase in fees
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction & retention
  • Effective reporting and consultation with Senior Management
  • Coordination & communication with other divisions
  • Timely preparation of full set of accounts and related accounts schedule
  • Preparation of audit and tax schedules for year end finalization
  • Liaising with clients, external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
  • Monitoring and updating clients cash flow/trust accounts
  • Prompt billing of services rendered and follow up on accounts receivables/overdue accounts
  • Acknowledge receipt of clients request/queries/correspondences within 24 hours
  • Supervision of a team of junior staff

Requirements

  • Possesses a Diploma, Degree or in the midst of pursuing professional studies in accounting/financial or its equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Familiar on accounting software is an advantage and computer skills is essential
  • Possesses management, good communication, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Able to work independently and multi-task as well as a good team player
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
  • Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure
  • Punctuality, Pleasant personality
