About the role

  • Own and grow Fastino's presence across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit, building a content engine that reaches millions of AI developers and practitioners.
  • Create technically credible, engaging content (posts, videos, threads, community discussions) tailored to our audience and optimized for each platform.
  • Lead and grow our community by actively engaging across platforms (Discord, Reddit, etc.), answering technical questions, moderating discussions, surfacing feature requests, and identifying power users and early champions.
  • Define our brand voice and translate complex technical topics into compelling narratives that strengthen Fastino's positioning.
  • Track performance metrics and community sentiment, continuously refining strategy and surfacing insights to product, marketing, and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience creating video and social content, ideally in tech or AI.
  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Experience producing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
  • Ability to translate technical material into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as LLMs, SLMs, fine-tuning, or agent workflows.
  • Strong writing skills for social posts, captions, and hooks.
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical teams.
  • Self-starter who can experiment quickly and iterate based on performance data.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience working with developer audiences.
  • Comfortable navigating technical demos and notebooks, with a basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, SLMs, fine-tuning, inference)
  • Experience running or contributing to UGC or creator programs.
