• You design and develop holistic performance marketing strategies for fast-growing B2C and B2B companies — with a focus on Meta & TikTok Ads.
• You dive deep into the data, produce weekly reports, analyze relevant KPIs, and optimize accounts based on these insights.
• You collaborate closely with our creative team on the development of new creatives, UGC content, and landing pages.
• In weekly client calls you present current data, derive actionable recommendations, and implement them afterwards.
• You strategically develop your clients and leverage internal resources to support their growth.

• You will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing Single Image Ads for performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms.
• You will create innovative and compelling graphic designs that are both functional and effective on social media platforms.
• You will work closely with our performance marketing team to understand how your designs perform and to define next iterations in tight feedback loops.
• You are encouraged to be creative and contribute your own ideas — while we follow our partners’ brand guidelines, we rarely impose rigid constraints.
• You will actively help to delight our clients through excellent visual storytelling.
• You will work on a project basis to develop creative concepts that align with clients’ strategic objectives.
