• You are responsible for conceptualizing and producing Single Image Ads for performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms.
• You develop innovative and engaging graphic designs that are both functional and effective on social media platforms.
• You work closely with our performance marketing team to understand how your designs perform and to define next iterations through tight feedback loops.
• You are encouraged to bring your own creative ideas — while we align with partners' brand guidelines, there are rarely rigid constraints.
• You actively contribute to delighting our clients through excellent visual storytelling.
• You work on a project basis to develop creative concepts that align with clients’ strategic objectives.

Performance Marketing

• Du konzipierst und entwickelst ganzheitliche Performance Marketing Strategien für schnell wachsende B2C & B2B Unternehmen - insbesondere Meta & TikTok Ads.
• Du bist tief in den Daten drin, erstellst wöchentliche Reportings, analysierst die relevanten KPIs und optimierst auf dieser Basis die Accounts.
• Du arbeitest bei Erstellung von neuen Creatives, UGC-Content oder Landingpages eng mit unserem Creative Team zusammen.
• In wöchentlichen Kunden-Calls präsentierst du aktuelle Daten, leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab und setzt diese im Anschluss um.
• Du entwickelst deine Kunden strategisch weiter und bedienst dich dafür interner Ressourcen.
