Key responsibilities & impact

You design and develop holistic performance marketing strategies for fast-growing B2C and B2B companies — with a focus on Meta & TikTok Ads.
You dive deep into the data, produce weekly reports, analyze relevant KPIs, and optimize accounts based on these insights.
You collaborate closely with our creative team on the development of new creatives, UGC content, and landing pages.
In weekly client calls you present current data, derive actionable recommendations, and implement them afterwards.
You strategically develop your clients and leverage internal resources to support their growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have 3–5+ years of professional experience in paid social advertising, ideally in an agency environment.
You bring a holistic understanding of performance marketing and KPIs, with expert-level knowledge in paid social.
You are highly communicative with clients, show empathy, and have a quick grasp of new information.
You demonstrate strong self-organization and initiative, as well as the ability to independently manage complex projects and deliver results.
You have experience in leading and mentoring team members.
You have a deep understanding of tracking and attribution.
