About the role

Requirements

  • **Bachelor’s degree or higher**, preferably in:

  • - Related field
  • **5+ years of business development or sales experience** in:

  • - Agricultural technology
  • - Farming equipment
  • - Agricultural solutions
  • Proven success in **B2B enterprise sales or new market development**.
  • Strong **consultative selling and solution-selling capabilities**.
  • Ability to **analyze complex business problems and develop strategic solutions**.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
