Technical Product Manager

• Own Faro’s platform and integration strategy: Define and execute a roadmap for integrations that strengthen the scalability and interoperability of the Faro platform.
• Translate technical requirements: Work closely with customers, partners, and engineers to transform clinical and operational needs into detailed product and integration specifications.
• Act as a solution consultant: Roll up your sleeves to design, prototype, and validate integration solutions—collaborating directly with engineering and customer teams to ensure successful technical implementation and data flow.
• Drive end-to-end integration lifecycle: From discovery to design, testing, and launch, ensure integrations deliver measurable value, reliability, and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with data, engineering, product design, and customer strategy teams to build and execute end-to-end strategies for customers—ensuring alignment, scalability, and seamless integration across the Faro platform.
• Platform enablement: Define standards and tools that make it easier for internal teams and external partners to build on Faro’s platform.
• Ecosystem development: Evaluate and prioritize integrations that enhance connectivity and data flow across clinical trial systems.
• Measure success: Define KPIs for platform performance, integration uptime, adoption, and ecosystem growth.
• Stay ahead of standards: Track industry interoperability standards (e.g., CDISC, HL7 FHIR, ODM) and ensure Faro’s platform evolves accordingly.

Technical Product Manager – Platform & Integrations

DevOps Engineer

• Manage complexity of change and ensure sanity and stability through CI/CD automation
• Manage infrastructure as code to create foundation for cloud-native applications
• Design, build, and maintain tools and infrastructure for Azure and AWS using Zero-Trust security patterns
• Implement container orchestration and distributed microservice scaling for cloud-based apps
• Design, implement, and maintain deployments at scale, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Manage always-available infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and platform tooling to eliminate downtime
• Collaborate with Software Engineering teams to architect and develop automated deployments for SaaS applications
• Research and integrate new technologies and innovative solutions to enhance platform functionality and performance
• Partner with peers on product development to define and execute roadmap and address critical technical challenges
• Support application development considerations for containerized server-side rendered apps (Node.js, Python)

Senior DevOps Engineer

SDET

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior QA Automation Engineer with extensive automation experience, particularly with Playwright.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust, and efficient automated test suites using Playwright (TypeScript).
• Debugging Playwright tests using trace files and logs.
• Contribute significantly to the architecture and evolution of our automation frameworks.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to support continuous testing.
• Identify and communicate bugs found during regression or scheduled test executions.
• Work closely with the supervisor to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues.
• Act as a strong advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Continuously seek to improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Communicate test results, risks, and quality metrics to the supervisor.
