About the role
- Processing and verification of payroll.
- Calculation and payment of statutory contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF).
- Calculation and management of vacation pay and terminations.
- Admissions, dismissals and homologations.
- Issuance of legal documents and reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
- Experience with payroll processing, terminations, vacations, 13th salary (13th-month bonus), time and attendance control, employer social contributions, and e-Social.
- Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced Excel).
