About the role
- Layout and design company marketing collateral, including business-line-specific sales content such as brochures, flyers, postcards, proposals, and presentations.
- Assist with planning and logistics for company events by preparing event materials, managing supplies and shipping, and supporting post-event documentation in the CRM.
- Support day-to-day operations of the marketing department’s printers, including printing, production, and mailing processes.
- Provide backup assistance for the production and placement of advertising and press releases.
- Assist with digital marketing efforts as needed, including email campaigns, social media, and website updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned and required by management.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related coursework/internships
- Knowledge of design programs such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign.
