About the role
- Provides general support to F&M Bank’s Marketing Department
- Assists with fulfilling marketing materials for branches throughout Long Beach, South Bay and Orange County
- Assists with administrative tasks such as making copies, distributing mail, cutting and mounting posters
- Provides quality internal customer service consistent with the standards of the Marketing department and F&M Bank values, policies and procedures
- Performs all duties in compliance with laws, regulations, Farmers & Merchants Bank policies and procedures
- Completes compliance and other technical training workshops as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One (1) year administrative experience in marketing, advertising or communications preferred
- Proficient using technology including Microsoft Office and internet applications
- Effective communication skills (listens, speaks, and writes well)
- Ability to interact effectively and respectfully with people of various responsibility and authority
- Dedicated to following and maintaining deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize projects accordingly
- Critical-thinking, judgment and problem-solving skills
