Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience required in solution engineering, software development, systems architecture, or related
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams required
Experience in the insurance industry preferred
Experience in a people leader or management role required
Experience with artificial intelligence technologies, including applied machine learning, generative AI, intelligent automation, and modern data and AI platforms, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into enterprise business strategy
Bachelors degree required in computer science, engineering, or similar field
Experience leading or standing up enterprise AI, data, or automation programs within regulated industries such as insurance, financial services, or healthcare
Background in consulting, product leadership, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture, with a track record of driving transformation at scale
Familiarity with responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance considerations, and experience partnering with risk, legal, and governance teams
