About the role

  • Executes on a plan; schedules and administers learning and development system activities in concert with other stakeholders, using company approved tools
  • Act as point of contact for system usage and conflict resolution
  • Analyzes and evaluates existing systems and procedures; recommending methods of improvement
  • Completes quality control audits and implements any corrective action
  • Communicates and supports resolution of any system issues; notifies necessary personnel when system fails are identified
  • Accountable for accuracy of all learning system data entry activities
  • Trains other users as required
  • Identifies any continuous improvement opportunities in learning systems
  • Executes any continuous improvement plans
  • Alert University leadership of any system issues that affect learners and internal staff, providing alternative solutions for remedy
  • Participates in weekly team meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum of three to five years business experience including experience in a resource or project management capacity
  • Proficiency in MS Office products; Sharepoint and LMS
  • Preferred Requirements: Power BI, Quickbase, and/or other reporting dashboards
  • Cornerstone On Demand LMS experience
  • 3-5 years
