About the role
- Executes on a plan; schedules and administers learning and development system activities in concert with other stakeholders, using company approved tools
- Act as point of contact for system usage and conflict resolution
- Analyzes and evaluates existing systems and procedures; recommending methods of improvement
- Completes quality control audits and implements any corrective action
- Communicates and supports resolution of any system issues; notifies necessary personnel when system fails are identified
- Accountable for accuracy of all learning system data entry activities
- Trains other users as required
- Identifies any continuous improvement opportunities in learning systems
- Executes any continuous improvement plans
- Alert University leadership of any system issues that affect learners and internal staff, providing alternative solutions for remedy
- Participates in weekly team meetings
Requirements
- Minimum of three to five years business experience including experience in a resource or project management capacity
- Proficiency in MS Office products; Sharepoint and LMS
- Preferred Requirements: Power BI, Quickbase, and/or other reporting dashboards
- Cornerstone On Demand LMS experience
- 3-5 years
