About the role

  • Automate the provisioning of all middleware platforms.
  • Install, Manage and support OpenShift Container platform.
  • Automate High Availability and Disaster Recovery for all production platforms.
  • Work as a liaison between DBA, Network, Security and Cloud Engineering Teams.
  • Quickly adapt new automation technologies and implement the same.
  • Instrument APM Monitoring tools.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and escalate issues as needed.
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of related experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience with Jboss, Tomcat and IBM WAS.
  • Solid knowledge of Redhat Linux Operating System.
  • Proficient with Ansible, Shell and Python Scripting.
  • Solid Experience in - JMS, JNDI, JVM performance tuning.
  • Terraform experience is a plus.
  • Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline.
  • Technical Certifications are a plus.
