About the role
- Responsible for managing and enhancing personal lines product performance in assigned region by leveraging insights across a variety of internal and external sources, conducting root cause analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Analyzes internal and external data to fully understand profit, production, competitive position and market trends to develop strategies to drive profitable growth.
- Responsible for profits/losses in assigned product/territory.
- Develops long- and short-term plans for their assigned product/territory with State Executives.
- Takes leadership role in special projects as assigned by State Manager.
- Work with underwriting team to adjust appetite to improve performance, profitability, and agent experience.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in similar role or one year in a Product Management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, specifically in a mathematical or statistical field.
