About the role
- Maximizes the delivery of value to customers in the shortest sustainable lead time
- Identifies business and customer needs, prioritizing program level work and leads ARTs through transformational and organizational changes
- Shapes and provides recommendations to Agile Product Management support function
- Independently develops the vision and roadmap for multiple value streams and leads continuous improvement ART practices, the flow of work, and developmental effectiveness
- Continuously defines, prioritizes, and validates requirements
- Leads and collaborates cross-functionally while leveraging industry, customer, and competitive research, along with data analytics to deliver customer value and to achieve strategic goals and objectives
- Provides strategic oversight and leadership to direct reports and is relied upon for strategic leadership within their business unit and across the enterprise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- SAFe Product Manager certified and SAFe Program Consultant certified required
- 7-10 years Product and/or Operations Management experience or related experience required
- 2 years experience in PM II or similar role preferred
- 7-10 years leadership experience preferred
