Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their data needs.
Transform raw data into clean, organized, and analytics-ready datasets using SQL, Python, or other relevant languages.
Contribute to data workflow including data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and validation to enable data-driven decision-making.
Utilizes modern data tools and technologies such as dbt, Airflow, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Clearly communicates complex technical concepts and data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelors (BS/BA) or Masters (MS/MA) degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or Computer Science.
Must be a student enrolled in an accredited college during the duration of the internship.
Specifically, a rising Junior or Senior level undergraduate student or graduate student.
Ability to manipulate and analyze data to address and solve business problems.
Familiarity with data manipulation using SQL, Python, or similar languages.
Preferred but not required: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A passion for learning and development.
Willingness to independently learn and make an impact within a team environment.
Self-motivated, an excellent problem solver and a quick learner.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
