About the role
- Actively participate, lead or manage large cross‑functional projects that improve how we launch and scale initiatives.
- Partner with me to document and refine “how we go to market” from intake through rollout and long-term sustainment.
- Translate pilots and best practices into clear, repeatable playbooks that teams can adopt without ambiguity.
- Plan and partner with Marketing/Comms to deliver concise comms that keep leaders and field teams aligned; route updates through the right channels at the right time.
- Partner with our data team to build simple, reliable reporting for adoption, outcomes, and accountability; use trends to recommend adjustments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of insurance experience within the Independent Agent Channel.
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
