About the role
- Generate new business by identifying prospects, connecting with leads, and converting them to policyholders
- Conduct client consultations to determine needs and recommend suitable coverage
- Sell and cross-sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial
- Nurture strong client relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews
- Surpass individual sales goals to accelerate agency growth
- Stay updated on product knowledge and compliance guidelines
- Utilize CRM tools for effective lead management and renewals
- Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions
Requirements
- Candidates should have prior sales experience or a proven record of consistently achieving targets.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)
