About the role
- Drive new business growth through active prospecting, referrals, and networking
- Conduct detailed consultations to match clients with optimal insurance solutions
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Maintain lasting client relationships through superior service and renewal support
- Track activity, follow-ups, and renewals with CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with California Department of Insurance regulations and company guidelines
Requirements
- 1–2 years of previous insurance experience (sales, service, or production)
- Active California Property & Casualty License
- Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain soon after hire)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales production goals
- High professionalism, organization, and self-motivation
