About the role
- Partner with agency owners and their staff to increase life insurance sales and activity levels.
- Provide coaching on prospecting strategies, sales conversations, and product placement.
- Conduct in-office and virtual training sessions on Farmers life products, underwriting, and compliance.
- Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement within agencies.
- Collaborate with the District team to develop contests, incentives, and workshops to promote life sales.
- Offer expert guidance on life policy design, client needs analysis, and advanced sales concepts.
- Build lasting relationships that inspire consistent performance and growth across agencies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in life insurance sales, training, or agency operations
- Active Michigan Life Insurance License (required)
- Proven track record of success in life insurance production or coaching
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and influence others through leadership and expertise
- Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple agency relationships
- Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
