About the role
- Partner with agency owners and their teams to develop and execute life insurance sales strategies
- Deliver in-depth training on product knowledge, needs-based selling, and compliance
- Coach agency staff on how to initiate and close life insurance conversations effectively
- Track sales performance and provide data-driven insights to improve results
- Facilitate workshops, one-on-one sessions, and field coaching to build confidence and skill
- Identify opportunities to integrate life insurance into daily agency operations
- Stay current on market trends, underwriting guidelines, and industry best practices
- Serve as a trusted mentor, motivator, and resource for overcoming sales barriers
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in life insurance sales, training, or agency support
- Proven track record of coaching or leading others to hit sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire
- Analytical and strategic thinker who can use data to drive results
- Self-motivated, organized, and skilled at managing multiple agency relationships
- Active Life & Health license required; additional P&C license a plus
