About the role
- Oversee the customer service team's daily work to meet operational targets;
- Train and coach team members as needed;

- Represent Farfetch to our customers and partners.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, preferably within fashion retail;
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Confident leadership and team organization skills;
- Critical thinking to drive service improvements;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Knowledge of fashion and fashion brands;
- Proficient with IT systems and Google Workspace; Salesforce experience highly desirable;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Commitment to exceeding customer expectations;
- Excellent listening skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Hardworking and passionate.
