About the role
- You will design all Farfetch customer emails and push communications.
- You will design and artwork FARFETCH advertising and marketing assets for paid media on both owned, external and affiliate channels.
- You will support on design for social media, helping to push forward new layouts and creative ideas.
- You will support the design team on ad hoc design for HP, app, social and media solutions advertising outputs.
- Support the creative team artworking ad hoc editorial and partnerships projects.
- Communicate with CRM, paid, affiliates, product and editorial teams on all aspects of creative deliverables for your projects.
- Understand and apply best-practice to all email projects.
- Design branding and typography responding to ad-hoc briefs.
- Design responsive wireframes for ad hoc projects.
- Develop mobile-first design concepts.
- Keep up to date on current developments in email design, digital design, technology, E-commerce and social media.
Requirements
- You have digital design experience working in a busy agency or e-commerce environment (Fashion experience is a plus)
- Strong, expert skills in interactive, Sketch, animation software and Creative Suite (Photoshop and After Effects)
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Strong knowledge of FIGMA
- Strong understanding of typography, colour and layout
- Ability to manage the email design process end-to-end
- Knowledge/experience in art direction is a plus.
