About the role

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles at the same time, from role intake through offer and handover to onboarding
  • Deliver recruitment for a mix of specialised/niche profiles and high-volume hiring needs
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, referrals, and job advertising
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates against technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communication
  • Manage multiple stakeholders effectively, providing regular hiring progress updates and market insights
  • Support the offer process and ensure a smooth transition into onboarding for successful candidates
  • Continuously improve your recruitment approach and share best practices within the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Experience hiring for both niche/specialised roles and high-volume positions
  • Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing techniques
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace / Google Drive tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for daily recruitment activities
  • Strong organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken – mandatory)
  • A collaborative team player with a strong passion for people and recruitment
  • Focused on delivering an outstanding recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
