About the role
- Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles at the same time, from role intake through offer and handover to onboarding
- Deliver recruitment for a mix of specialised/niche profiles and high-volume hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, referrals, and job advertising
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communication
- Manage multiple stakeholders effectively, providing regular hiring progress updates and market insights
- Support the offer process and ensure a smooth transition into onboarding for successful candidates
- Continuously improve your recruitment approach and share best practices within the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Experience hiring for both niche/specialised roles and high-volume positions
- Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing techniques
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace / Google Drive tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for daily recruitment activities
- Strong organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken – mandatory)
- A collaborative team player with a strong passion for people and recruitment
