Infrastructure Engineer

• Supports day-to-day operations of corporate infrastructure including Network (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), Servers/Virtualization, AD/Entra ID, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365, Backup and Monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure and network incidents.
• Perform health checks, root cause analysis, and drive service improvements.
• Maintain runbooks, diagrams, and operational documentation.
• Support cybersecurity controls: firewall, access control, vulnerability remediation, endpoint hardening, logging/monitoring, privileged access.
• Support backup operations, recovery testing, and DR readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors/MSPs on incidents, changes, and service delivery.
