About the role
- Own growth campaigns end to end from planning through launch, optimisation, and scale
- Run multiple concurrent experiments across acquisition and activation initiatives
- Operate paid and performance channels hands-on including targeting, budgets, and creative testing
- Diagnose funnel performance and execute improvements to sign-ups, activation, and conversion
- Build and maintain a fast experimentation cadence with clear hypotheses and success metrics
- Reduce CAC through systematic testing and optimisation across channels and creatives
- Identify repeatable growth patterns that can be operationalised and scaled
- Report results clearly and honestly, focusing on outcomes, learnings, and next actions
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Creative to ship growth improvements quickly
Requirements
- Senior growth marketer or growth operator with a strong bias toward execution
- Hands-on experience running performance channels and managing testing cadence
- Strong funnel thinker who connects channel performance to activation, conversion, LTV, and CAC
- Data-driven but pragmatic, able to move fast with imperfect information
- Proven at finding repeatable patterns that improve efficiency, not just volume
- Comfortable running multiple experiments in parallel while prioritising impact
- Low-ego, collaborative operator who improves cross-functional velocity
