About the role

  • Oversee strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing processes to drive efficiency and results.
  • Manage the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects.
  • Optimize workflows, analyze performance, and support strategic planning.
  • Establish governance standards for marketing work.
  • Advise senior leaders on project progress, resource capacity, and best practices.
  • Manage capacity planning and report on impacts of activities.
  • Embed AI into core work-management and governance processes.
  • Deliver actionable insights for leadership through monthly/quarterly reviews.
  • Develop AI-enabled operational insights like dashboards and automated summaries.

Requirements

  • 6 years of progressive experience in marketing operations, marketing program management, or related operations or strategy role supporting complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing work management platforms, including Adobe Workfront.
  • Proven ability to evaluate, document, and optimize processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable improvements.
  • Strong change management experience with a track record of driving adoption of new tools, processes, and governance models.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate complex operational data into clear insights.
  • Ability to influence and advise senior leaders and recommend adjustments based on capacity, risk, and financial considerations.
  • Strategic thinker with capability to anticipate future workload demands and recommend solutions.
  • Experience synthesizing performance, capacity, and operational data into concise reporting on project status, utilization, and impact.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and managing high-performing teams.
