About the role
- Lead the Digital Product Marketing team and own the strategy, vision, delivery, and performance of digital experiences.
- Oversee end-to-end product management - from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Build annual strategic plans and roadmaps to advance enterprise objectives.
- Develop intuitive, compliant, and personalized experiences for business partners.
- Own the digital content strategy to ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor performance and use insights to drive enhancements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to inform strategy and gain alignment.
- Collaborate with Technology and Marketing leadership to ensure talent and capabilities align with strategic goals.
- Champion the voice of the audience and enterprise in prioritization and design decisions.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in digital product management
- Proven ability to build and lead digital product teams
- Prior experience managing a digital marketing ecosystem
- Demonstrated experience coaching and managing a team
- Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of performance metrics
- Proven influence with senior leaders
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks and emerging AI capabilities
- Solid understanding of SEO and content strategy
- Comfort working in an ambiguous environment and leading as a change agent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of digital product management experience in financial services or other complex/regulated environments is desired.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets is desired.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desired.
- Track record of developing and executing strategies for websites or digital solutions.
